On this episode, the boys had on special guest Kallup McCoy! This is our third time having Kallup on, if you haven’t heard his life story make sure you check out our first episode with him before you listen to this one. We started off recapping Kallup’s huge 2:36 Marathon PR at Indianapolis in November. The bulk of the episode though was discussing Kallup’s Transcon run he is about to start. He is running across the USA, starting in San Diego and finishing in Wilmington, North Carolina. He will be running about 60 miles (100k)/ day!!!!!
