Episode 36: Getting Comfortable Being Comfortable Yes, you read it correctly. Sure, you probably hear about how important it is to learn how to get comfortable being uncomfortable. But you know what's even more important? Getting comfortable being comfortable. It's not only more important it's also harder! You read that correctly too! It's easier to get people to run too hard than easy enough. It's harder to get people to run easy! And that's because it's just so hard for so many of us to be comfortable simply being comfortable. We think we are not running hard enough. We believe we are not trying hard enough. We doubt that what we are doing is enough if we're comfortable doing it. I made this episode because I want to end that nonsense. So, settle in and enjoy the episode.
