Episode 34: How To Become Your Own Best Coach You really want to become a better runner? Work on becoming a better coach! Become your own best coach. Do that and you'll run better, smarter, happier and with more joy. You'll also give yourself the best chance to run faster and further. In this episode I'll tell just how you can start to work on becoming a better coach to and for yourself. And if I do my job really well this all ends with you eventually demoting me and promoting you. That's the goal every coach should have by the way. Their athletes should need them a little less every time they meet. Because every athlete should also be a coach. And every coach should be a teacher and student! Enjoy episode 34.
