After the Clockwork Watch was easily dispatched by the citizens of Happy Town, the new dark lord was suddenly keen to leave the realm and the troupe entered a mysterious domain with their trusty bone horse. They were joined by the newly resurrected Doctor Deputy, met a strange creature called the Nilbog, and arrived at a cottage. Del, New Rogue, and Tyler felt uneasy about the cottage and its proprietor, but as night approached, they decided they were safer inside, so Del and Shadow Nemesis fell asleep, New Rogue kept watch, and Tyler found himself in a room with hundreds of porcelain dolls.
