Shadow Nemesis tried to eat Hazel after she accidentally shot him in the eye but Tyler calmed him with a healing potion, Shadow Rogue got his hands on the lizard but his attack had no effect, Tyler struck the lizard with his greatsword but the sword shattered, and Del—realizing they might need more than physical weapons—reached into a glowing bloody basin, pulled out the Reality Blade, heard Werner Herzog’s voice in her head, and used the blade to draw a giant flying arrowhead that pierced the lizard.
