When Mario and Luigi find a plunger that fixes instantly with a simple touch, they decide to use it to make their job easy. But at the same time, the owners of this magic plunger are looking for their missing tool. Technical problems quickly ensue, and the Mario Bros. soon realize that they're in over their heads.
