93- What You Need to Be Successful In Your Health and Wellness Journey and RESTORE Your Core & Pelvic Floor// An Update on My PeVD Journey Post Iliac Vein Stent

Hey Girl! Today's episode dives into my recent healing journey from an Iliac Stent Placement to treat my PeVD (Pelvic Venous Disorder or Pelvic Congestion Syndrome) and more about what I have been working on during my recovery to help you succeed in reaching your health and wellness goals this year!
