Polls reopen tomorrow at 6 a.m. Meanwhile, the federal government shutdown is delaying food assistance for residents who rely on SNAP benefits. Officials in New Jersey say the impact may soon be felt across the state. Plus, Election Day is tomorrow and New Yorkers will elect a new mayor.
