When we engage in constant comparison, we often measure ourselves against unrealistic standards. People tend to showcase their best moments, highlight reels, and successes on social media. This can create an illusion that everyone else is leading a perfect and joyful life while our own lives fall short. In this episode, we are touching on struggles and ways that we can be intentional about how we get through these rough times.
