EmKay is joined by special guest Rachel Drake to preview the fields at the Broken Arrow Skyrace 46K. This race is not only a fantastic stand-alone short trail race, but it is also the selection race for the 2023 World Mountain and Trail Championships Short Trail team. The fields are incredibly stacked so it was hard to narrow it down to our eventual podium picks. We have two former Broken Arrow champions returning on both the men's and women's side and plenty of former Team USA athletes.
