It is Tuesday on The Rickey Smiley Morning Show Podcast. A person has been taken into custody after a gunman opened fire on the UNC Chapel Hill campus. One faculty member was killed and students were told to take shelter and be safe. The gunman was taken into custody at around 2:30 pm.
