Ingredients: 2 ounces of your favorite unflavored vodka (we like Tito's) 1/2 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice. (fresh is just better) 1 ounce of pomegranate juice 4 ounces of ginger beer (Q is the best!) Fresh peeled ginger (about twice as much as you get with your sushi) Directions: Muddle the ginger in the bottom of a shaker Add all the ingredients (minus the ginger beer) plus a handful of ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Strain into a copper mug filled generously with ice cubes. Add ginger beer and a lime wedge for garnish.
