Noah Lyles matched Usain Bolt’s run of four straight world titles in the men’s 200m, clocking 19.52 – the fourth-fastest winning time ever. Between them, Lyles and Bolt now hold seven of the fastest times in the event’s World Championships history. GB's Amy Hunt burst into tears after she claimed a brilliant silver in an epic Women’s 200m final! The team also took part in the original Japan Parkrun in Futakotamagawa. Rick had big plans to "take it nice and easy" - but changed his mind at the last second with a classic, “I’m gonna absolutely leg it.” Supported by ASICS.
