Too many artists default to the "recipe list" when asked about their work. "I used bright colors, layered some texture, tried a new medium …" That's safe. That's surface-level. That's BORING. In today's episode, I'm calling out the truth: "good enough" art is dead art. Social media pressures, perfectionism, and fear of vulnerability can sneak in and steal the soul from our work.
