Alec Benjamin didn’t find music until high school, but once he did his life was forever changed. He shares several stories of how he first discovered that his brain worked a little differently and how as a result, trying to fit into the system that society has setup has not come easy. Once he learned to open up through his music, a whole new set of mental health struggles came about: navigating life on tour, dealing with immediate audience feedback, and constantly facing the pressure of success.
