They touch on Taylor’s hiatus from the entertainment industry and explain why fame felt like a drug to him; one that would be healthier to abstain from, but would be rough before it got better. All of his wife Tay's experiences with mental health struggles prior to her own were with men in her life, so it is important to both of your hosts to destigmatize and openly discuss men’s mental health. In particular, the two touch on body image battles, an issue often attributed to only women, and offer words of encouragement for the men out there struggling.
