Harry was diagnosed with cancer the same week he turned 20, and he discusses the existential brain shifts that occurred as he processed his reality and embraced death. He attributes music to saving his life and talks about the intersection of music and mental health when used as a healing tool. He speaks to the psychological toll of being released from the hospital free of cancer and being unsure how to process what you’ve just been through, as well as feeling like he wasn’t allowed to be sad.
