About this episode
Welcome to the pod! On this first episode, I’m giving you an introduction into my life, my story and my history with disordered eating to help you understand the path I had to take to get me to where I am today. During this episode, you’ll hear: How my time as a synchronized swimmer shaped my beliefs about body image & health How my fear of weight gain lead me to start dieting at 16 years old, which eventually lead to many years of disordered eating (restricting, binge eating and food obsession) and developed into an eating disorder: orthorexia When I hit my rock bottom, and what it took for me to start my healing journey How booking a trip to Italy was one of the scariest things I’ve done, and why it became the catalyst to me healing my relationship with food and my body - Some of the most important lessons I learned through my own struggles with food & exercise How starting my business lead me to a whole new set of challenges, forcing me to confront my own limiting beliefs and allowing me to become a better coach for my clients I’m so grateful you’re here, and I’m honored to be able to share my story with you. ✨ Watch my FREE workshop: How To Stop Feeling Obsessed With Food to start healing today 📲 Follow me for daily tips & resources on instagram! @sabrina.magnan.health 💌 Get on my Food Freedom Weekly Newsletter here: https://site.sabrinamagnan.com/newsletter/ 🤝 Ready to get support in healing your relationship with food and your body?
