About this episode
A new drug detox center opened in Portland this fall, and it’s notable for two reasons: It’s the first in the metro area to focus on fentanyl addiction and the first funded by Measure 110. That's the drug decriminalization law that voters approved a few years ago and has been a source of controversy for its slow rollout of funding, on the one hand, and the epidemic of fentanyl that's followed, on the other. So is Measure 110 finally starting to pay off?
