Botham, Richards, Garner, Trescothik, Caddick, Gimlett, White, Bess, Leach, Rogers, Close, Gayle, Azam. Just a few names that have graced the County Ground in Taunton and home of Somerset. They have a beautiful ground in the South West of England and a reputation since 1875 for playing a dashing and exciting brand of cricket. Certainly, well before anyone would have used the phrase ‘brand of cricket’. Their fan base is passionate, loyal and care deeply for their beloved county.
