Jane – who runs Erg Army – is an all round awesome person, and a guru at teaching the rowing and Ski ergs. She has run hundreds of workshops all around the world helping to educate people on how to properly use the machines and has helped to coach some of the world’s top athletes including Tia Clair Toomey, James Newbury, and Joanna Wietrzyk.
