In this episode I get to chat with Elite HYROX athlete Dylan Scott. Dylan is one of the fastest ever Male Pro athletes in HYROX. He finished second at the North American championships, and ran a time of 58.38 in Chicago earlier on in the season. He’s just 27 years old and seemingly has a very bright future ahead of him in HYROX. He is well known for the amount of training volume he puts in – we talk about that some more, plus what his training looks like, what he’s changed in recent months with his training, how he is still very good at sleds, and how he competes at the Elite level in HYROX, despite not being one of the most physically strongest in the field by any means, and lots more. It was a really good chat with someone who is always enjoyable to speak with, and who I personally find very inspirational with his work ethic, and I think there’s certainly something for everyone to take away from this discussion.
