In this week’s episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast my guest is Olympic legend, Eve Muirhead. Eve is a very special athlete. She’s been to the Olympic games four times, and in the most recent in Beijing won the Gold medal in curling. What’s more she is a scratch golfer, a champion bag piper, and since retiring from curling has taken on a marathon in an impressive time and podiumed at HYROX. Eve can seemingly turn her hand to anything and become incredibly good at it. She is amazing, she’s inspiring, she shared so much in our chat (including lots about her mindset, her training, her Olympic experiences), and was such a pleasure to talk to.
