He’s the World Record holder in the Open division, with an impressive time of 1.01, and at the weekend just gone, in Madrid, raced in both the Open and Pro division, winning both, and setting very impressive times in the process. We talk about his sporting background, his training, his diet, his surprising training volume, his world championship race, how it felt to race in both divisions in Madrid, his mindset during races, and lots more.
