In this week’s episode I get to speak with Vivian Tafuto (@viviantafuto on Insta). Vivian is one of the fastest ever women in HYROX. She finished 4th in the Elite race at the 2023 World Championships in Manchester and has qualified for this season’s Elite 15 after running a 1.02 in Vienna. In this chat we talk about her sporting background, her training, her race tactics, her running numbers and volume, her mindset, her scary experience with a masseuse in Manchester the day before last years world championships, and much more.
