In today's episode I'm chatting with the brilliant Ben Bergeron. Ben is one of the most successful CrossFit coaches of all time. Amongst other achievements he has helped coach both Katrin Davidsdottir and Mat Fraser to CrossFit Games titles. He is the man behind Fitness app Comp Train and is the author of a fantastic book titled “Chasing Excellence”. Ben is clearly an incredibly knowledgeable coach, he’s always good to listen to and in particular has a huge focus on the mindset side of sport and life. And it’s that which we focus on today as we discuss the areas that he feels are vital in helping to create true sporting greats. It is a brilliant chat - I’ve wanted to speak with Ben for a long, long time and he didn’t disappoint.
