In this episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast, we get to speak with Paul Gillingham. Paul is one of the most experienced HYROX athletes in the world. At the time of writing he’s completed 39 races, in 12 countries, and has competed at the last 3 World Championships. He is one of the top performing athletes in his age group, and is part of the over 40 age group Mixed Relay World Record team. He has also been a personal trainer for 18 years and is the coach who works with our clients at Rox Lyfe, as well as being the person who wrote our 12 week training plan. He has helped literally hundreds and hundreds of athletes from Elite level to complete beginners drastically improve their performance and health, and he has so much wisdom and experience to share.
