In this week's episode I'm chatting with Tim Wenisch. Tim is only 25 years old but has been in HYROX pretty much from the beginning. He is one of the fastest athletes ever seen in the sport, and recently qualified for the Elite race at the World Championships by finishing 3rd at the Major in Vienna. He has a PB in the Men’s Pro of 56:07, and was the first man to go under 50 minutes in HYROX when he and Michael Sandbach teamed up in the men’s doubles.
