In this week's episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast I got to chat with Lee Tuck ( @lee_tuck ). Lee recently ran a Men’s Doubles race in HYROX Copenhagen, finishing in 51:05. Back in November, he finished the Men’s Open in 57:09 which puts him in the top 20 fastest athletes ever in that division. That’s all obviously very impressive but what’s more he’s only been in the sport for a relatively short period of time, as less than a year ago, he was still playing professional football, and actually played for the Malaysian international team. In this chat we talk about his career as a footballer, including playing in front of 80,000 fans, we talk about his training, racing in HYROX, and lots more.
