Hugo recently captained the Sweden relay team at the HYROX World Championships and has a PB of 56:32 in the Men’s Pro division — and just wait until you hear what he did the day before, and even the morning of, setting that PB - it’s pretty incredible! He's become known in HYROX for his relentless work ethic but there is much more to him than just being a hard worker - he has a laser focused mindset, and takes an intelligent, calculated approach to performance.
