Mikaela burst on to the scene in Hamburg last year when she broke the HYROX Women’s Pro world record in her first race. Since then, she has also taken the Women’s Doubles World Record, and won the North American championship, and in the past, she has been to the CrossFit Games. In this interview we speak about her training, her pretty incredible training volume, her mindset, her sporting background, the health issues that kept her out of the HYROX World Championship in Manchester and lots more. This is a very rare opportunity to hear from Mikaela who hasn’t ever really done any podcast interviews in the past.
