In this episode I get to chat with the amazing Megan Jacoby. Megan is the fastest ever woman in HYROX. She holds the Womens Pro world record with a time of 58:52 (which she recently set in Stockholm). She was the first woman to break the 60minute mark and what’s more holds the Womens Doubles world record, and the Mixed Doubles World record. She has won both of the Major Elite races so far this season, she’s a mum and she’s a very inspirational athlete. In this chat we talk about changes she’s made to her training that have helped lead to this seasons incredible performances, we talk a lot about her mindset, we talk about her running training and volume, her recovery, her plans for the remainder of the season, and lots more.
