In this week’s episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast my guest is the brilliant Graham Halliday. Graham is the UK’s fastest HYROX athlete. He has a PB in the Pro division of an incredible 57:35, and finished 5th at the HYROX World Championships in Manchester. We talk about his sporting background (which is different to most other elites), his strength and running numbers, what he’s doing to improve his running as one of the physically stronger athletes in the field, drug testing, his experiences at the World Champs, whether there’s any animosity between athletes from America and Europe in the Elite races, and lots more.
