Ronnie is the full-time caregiver for her husband, Bob, who has Congestive Heart failure full-time. She has also overcome several health conditions of her own, including lifelong asthma, colitis, chron's, diabetes, and a 12-day coma. In 2011, Ronnie began her Keto/Carnivore journey, by 2014 she stopped all diabetes medications, and in 2017 she lost 45lbs.
