Justin is the head coach at UpReach CrossFit and the Founder of RXGymnastics. Justin fell in love with fitness very early on in life and his passion continues to grow. He began gymnastics at two years old in a “mommy and me” class and eventually had the privilege of competing for the University of Texas Gymnastics Team. Justin transferred his passion for coaching to CrossFit in 2012.
