Julian Hill | Training With Caeleb Dressel & Leveling Up Your Mindset | Ep 21

Julian is a swimmer at Arizona State University which is the #1 swim team in the country currently. He has been on the Junior national team, and is the current school record holder in the 500 freestyle at ASU. He is a Pac-12 champion in the 800 freestyle relay and a 3x Florida state champion in the 200 and 500 free. Julian is also an NCAA finalist in the 800 free relay where his relay placed 5th. In this episode we talk about what it was like training with Caeleb Dressel, how Julian has been leveling up his mentality, things he learned from his races, and how he's continually been improving inside and outside the pool.
