Over the past few years now, parents, players, and even coaches have been growing more & more frustrated by the governing bodies of volleyball, as well as the politics in their club, or the lack of fairness on their team. The bottom line is that - while we have more players in youth programs than ever before - the rate of athletes quitting the sport at a young age is also through the roof.
