He holds PRs of 1:55.03 (800m), 4:11.19 (Mile), and 14:49.2 (5k). He has won awards of 2021 USTFCCCA All-Academic Team, 2021 GSC Academic Honor Roll, and 2021 USTFCCCA All-Region. In High School, Brock was a state champion in 3,200 meters, 2xstate champ in 1,600 meters, 3xstate champ in 800 meters and the Cross Country state champion in 2018 and 2019. Brock also has a successful YouTube channel boasting over 8,000 subscribers documenting his NCAA journey. In today's conversation, Brock goes through how he's handling a current injury, the importance of consistency, his summer as an intern for professional running team Tinman Elite, his journey on YouTube, handling academics, athletics, and owning a merch company at the same time, and so much more!
