Since that day on a brisk and rainy evening in Portland, Oregon, Woody has gone on to etch his name further into the history books. As his Instagram boi alludes, he has literally won the U.S. Trials 10k. He also made the U.S. World Championship team last year in the 5k. Woody ran a new American Record time of 12:51.61 in the 5k this past January, signaling to the world that he's not messing around in 2023. In the words of Woody from this conversation, "The job is never done."
