NIKE & German National Athlete Aaron Bienenfeld On The Power Of Betting On Yourself

Today on the podcast is Aaron Bienenfeld! Aaron is a professional running for Nike, representing his home state of Germany. At the University of Cincinnati, he was a five-time American Athletic Conference. Aaron finished his time in the NCAA as a 7-time All-American. He represented Germany at the 2019 U23 European XC Championships and finished 14th overall to help team finish in third place. He placed 32nd and 10th place at the European Half-World Champs. Aaron holds PRs of 7:46 (3k), 13:19 (5k), 27:55 (10k), and 61:49 (Half-Marathon). In today's conversation, Aaron walks me through his training at Alititude, missing the Houston Half, signing with Nike, running for Germany, his years in the NCAA, and so much more!
