Sam is a 4xUS Champion, the 2023 World Road Running Championship Bronze Medalist in the Mile, has made 6 consecutive USA 1500m finals, has had 9 consecutive years of sub 4:00 in the Mile, while at Oregon, he was the PAC-12 Champion in the 1500m, 5x NCAA All-American, and 2x Academic All-American. Sam might just be the most consistent US miler over the past few years. His consistency is truly out of this world and a testament to his dedication and discipline to the sport over many years.
