She calls herself the “queen of second place” as a tribute to her years of striving for her pro card and finally getting it. Kerrigan says she’s happy it took awhile to get her pro card because “it meant more when I got it”. Through these years she learned how to appreciate the JOURNEY rather than the DESTINATION.
