About this episode
Terrence Sheehan experienced a horrific traffic accident in a 55mph head-on collision. He immediately was out of his body looking down on the scene, like video from a drone. During his near death experience (NDE), he felt like he was light. He experienced no pain and felt free, like he was flying. He looked around and saw the accident scene. Shortly after, he was "violently thrown back into his body." Even a brief NDE experience can change one's life, and Terrence is no exception. He now feels like every day is a bonus. He has no fear of death. He is less selfish and constantly wants to give back. In this conversation, Terrence shares his profound journey and near-death experience. He discusses the impact of this event on his life, including his transformation through music, his role as a caregiver, and his newfound appreciation for life. Terrence emphasizes the importance of giving back and living with purpose, reflecting on the healing power of music and the significance of everyday moments.
