When Peter Bedard was 17 years old he was in a terrible bicycle, automobile, semi-truck collision. During his extensive near death experience, Peter traveled through a pure energy, spinning tunnel. But then was disappointed that nobody greeted him on the other end! In spite of this, he eventually felt pure bliss, joy and beauty above anything that can be described. He saw amazing colors that don't appear on earth. His every cell was 'lit up' and felt joy. The strange twist comes when his guide appears as an Asian man looking like Fu Manchu in a tweed suit. This being asks Peter what he is doing there and tells him that he has to go back, it's not his time.
