The plaintiff says she worked with the defendant at his insurance company, but he’s stiffing her on her wages and commissions. She claims he harassed her, and she suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says he paid the plaintiff and never harassed her. He insists she must have been happy because she gained 25 pounds while she worked there. He’s countersuing for overpayment. The plaintiff says he brought his boat to the defendant’s boat yard to have the engine repaired, but the defendant ripped him off and did bad work. He says he refuses to be scammed and is suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says he repaired everything as he was supposed to and insists the plaintiff just has a bad attitude.
