The plaintiff says she and her mother hired the defendant to sell some of their antiques, but they allege the defendant is keeping too much of the money. They’re suing for what they claim they’re owed. The defendant says she paid the annoying plaintiff every penny owed per the contract. Then, the plaintiff says he hired the defendant to install granite countertops in his new kitchen, but the defendant hacked up his cabinets so badly that it voided the warranty. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff went cheap on cabinets and things didn’t fit, but the plaintiff’s wife told him to do whatever he needed to install the counter.
