About this episode
The plaintiffs claim they purchased a couple of brand-new couches from the defendant’s store. However, after less than a year, they look like old “junk.” The plaintiffs are suing for a refund. The defendant insists the plaintiffs abused the couches by letting their pets sleep on them. Then, the plaintiff says she was rear-ended by the careless defendant while she was at a full stop. The defendant won’t pay for the repairs, so the plaintiff is suing for the damages. The defendant argues that the plaintiff is just trying to get a new bumper out of her when it was already wrecked to begin with. Plus, the plaintiff says his landlords, the defendants, are unfairly withholding his security deposit. He claims the defendants keep making new rules to justify the hold, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendants insist the plaintiff didn’t leave the place in good condition and that they have the right to withhold the deposit. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.
