The plaintiff brings his estranged wife to court. He says she got a restraining order against him, and when he went back to their house, she removed his property, so he’s suing. The defendant argues she left the plaintiff because he strangled her. She says she removed her own property and not his, so she doesn’t think she owes him. The defendant argues she didn’t damage a thing and the plaintiff was just jealous of her. She’s suing for lost catering jobs and harassment. Plus, the plaintiff moved to the United States from England to take care of her sick uncle. She bought a used car from the defendant but claims it was a lemon. She thinks he’s taking advantage of her, so she’s suing for a refund. The defendant argues he swapped out the first car, and she just can’t be satisfied.
