About this episode
The plaintiff says she brought her car to the defendant’s repair shop and he fixed several issues. Right after she left the shop, the plaintiff’s head gasket blew, and she wants to know why the defendant missed that and her engine is ruined. She’s suing for her repair costs to be refunded. The defendant says he ran a diagnostic on the car, and he ordered special parts for the repair. He’s not returning anything. Then, the plaintiff says the defendants are her former tenants, and she noticed a chip in her new bathtub when they moved out. She had to get the whole thing reglazed, but they refuse to take responsibility, so she’s suing for her repair costs. The defendants say there was a shower liner and they are certain they didn’t damage the tub. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.
