The plaintiff was hired to drive a truck for the defendant but hasn’t been paid yet, so the plaintiff is suing. Plus, the plaintiff brought his car into the defendant’s repair shop but claims the defendant caused problems and made it worse, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff self-diagnosed the car’s problems, and he fixed everything he was hired to do, so the defendant denies owing anything.
